Sometimes an idea turns into something so much more than you ever expected or could have dreamed. So it was for us with this ticket donation project.
Promoting inclusion with a concert ticket seemed like a fun way of spreading the vision of the Bubel/Aiken Foundation. We believed in the generosity Clay's fans are known for, but even we were amazed by how enthusiastically they embraced this project and joined with us to make it succeed.
Between the Summer Tour 2004 and The Joyful Noise Tour, 1,667 tickets were donated and distributed in the spirit of inclusion.
With your help, we were able to work with local chapters of Best Buddies, Special Olympics, YMCA and The Arc of the United States. We donated tickets to local Ronald McDonald houses, VSA Arts, Make a Wish Foundation, TN School for the Blind, the National Technical Institute for the Deaf, the Williams Syndrome Association, and multiple local group homes and centers for independent living.
Your generosity during Clay's Summer 2005 Jukebox Tour gave 935 more people a chance to share the thrill of his performance through the spirit of inclusion.
Thank you for using your voice to make a difference!
Thank you, from the team... Mary, Pam, Chelle, Debbie, Elena,
Pat, Brenda, Cheryl, Paula, Linda, Cynthia, Claire, Deb and Mary.
